A native of New Zealand, Xavier did his post-graduate work in physical therapy at UT Southwestern in Dallas (graduated 2007) after graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. He has a great interest in orthopedic and sport injuries and has spent the last 11 years as the team physical therapist for Lovejoy High School in Texas. Xavier has received advanced manual therapy training through NAIOMT, is a certified Dry Needling practitioner, and is one of only a slim number of board certified sports clinical specialists. He has a keen interest in disorders of the shoulder, knee, and ankle, especially as it relates to athletic performance.
Xavier is new to Idaho, recently moving from Texas. He is very excited to experience the outdoor lifestyle of his new surroundings with his wife and three kids. In his free time he enjoys cycling, weight lifting, getting outside, wrestling with his kids, traveling, and spending time together as a family. He loves to stay active and has a great desire to allow others the same opportunity, which is what attracted him to physical therapy.
