Alex grew up in American Fork, Utah. The oldest in a family of six boys, Alex grew up loving music, the outdoors, and time with family. Alex’s interest in science and physiology influenced him to pursue his passion of physical therapy.
After serving a church mission in Northern Germany, Alex attended Brigham Young University where he graduated with undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science and German Studies. While at BYU, Alex participated in the BYU Cougar Marching and ROC bands.
After graduating, Alex attended Idaho State University where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Alex’s passion in physical therapy is helping patients achieve their goals, prevent injury, and improve their overall quality of life.
When not in the clinic, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, being outdoors, and trying new recipes.
