Kade Anderson was born and raised in Brigham City, Utah. He attended Utah State University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Human Movement Science. Afterwards, he attended Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
As a kid, Kade used to read the injury report in the newspaper while eating breakfast, wondering how those injuries might have happened. As an injury prone athlete himself, he spent a lot of time rehabilitating and developing a desire to help other people become pain free and improve their quality of life. In particular, he is passionate about injury prevention and improving the way people move while performing the activities they love.
Kade and his wife Jessica have two boys and a girl. In his spare time he enjoys playing a variety of sports as well as hunting, hiking, and camping. However, he is particularly skilled in being a horsey for his little ones.
